Customer card

A customer card is a personal profile containing all the customer's details (transaction history, communications, bonus balance, etc.) and interaction mechanisms.

To open a customer's personal card, find the customer in the system and click on their phone number or card.
To find a customer, enter their phone number or first/last name in the search bar.
You can also find multiple customers at once using the filter in the "Clients" section. Choose the criteria you will use to search for customers: phone numbers (Номера телефонов), guest numbers (Номера карт), or email. Then enter the data in the field below.

Customer card (Карточка клиента)

The customer's questionnaire contains the information provided during registration: card number, name, phone, email, date of birth, city. And the business to which the customer is affiliated.
Blocking (Заблокировать), deleting (Удалить), and editing (Редактировать) a customer’s card.
When a card is blocked, the customer's bonus account is frozen. After unblocking, the bonuses are restored.
Bonus coefficient and bonus redemption coefficient (values that help determine the customer's card's final cashback).
Wallet card details:
  • W - the card is installed in the app.
  • V - the card is not installed.
  • Ctrl+C - copy the card link to the clipboard with one click.
  • Circular arrows - refresh the card in the app.

As well as information about the presence of a Telegram bot (W - installed, V - not installed).

Indicators (Показатели)

Information about the customer's activity since their registration in the loyalty program:
  • Registration date (Регистрация).
  • Number of purchases (Покупки).
  • Total amount of all receipts (Сумма).
  • Average customer receipt (Средний чек).
  • System activity segment the customer is in (Сегмент).
  • Number of accrued (Бонус получено) and redeemed (Бонус списано) bonuses. As well as the number of bonuses automatically redeemed by triggers (Бонус сгорело).

Balance (Баланс)

The bonus balance of the customer's card with an indication of the establishment (Заведение) and account (main account (Основной счет) or additional accounts).
Nere, yu san also accrue (Начислить) or deduct (Списать) the desired amunt of bonuses.

Customer transaction table

The table stores all the information about each specific transaction made by the customer or involving their bonus account:
  • Action date (Дата).
  • Time (Время).
  • Establishment (Место).
  • Card number (Карта).
  • Action type, e.g., customer purchase or manual bonus accrual by the system user (Тип).
  • Receipt amount (Σ чека).
  • Amount of accrued bonuses (Бонус).
  • Amount of deducted bonuses (Списание).
  • Receipt (Чек).
  • A comment accessible only to the system user (Коммент).
  • Action deletion (Удалить).

Right menu

History of all communications.
Creating communication with this customer.
List of segments the customer belongs to, as well as the ability to add to a new segment (В сегмент/Применить) or remove from a segment.
Triggers in which the customer has participated (Статистика) or is currently participating (Находится в триггере).
List and quantity of products purchased by the customer.
Information on the customer's bonus coefficients, which determine the final cashback of the customer's card.
Additional parameters:
  • Segmentation tool "Events" (События).
  • Comments stored only in this tab (Комментарии).
  • Call history and recordings (Звонки).
  • History of customer reservations (Брони).
  • Additional information about the customer (Доп.параметры).
  • List of active geo-tags added to the customer's card (Гео метки).
