Customer filter

To filter customers in the "Clients" (Клиенты) section, set the necessary parameters for selecting guests and click the "Apply" (Применить) button.

Filter parameters

  • Customers who belong to a particular segment (Сегмент карт).
  • Customers who are excluded from a particular segment (Не состоит в сегменте).
  • Gender: male or female (Мужчина/Женщина).
  • Age range (Возраст).
  • Birth month (Месяца рождения).
  • City (Город).
  • Customers of a specific chain of establishments (Карты по сети).
  • Customers of a specific enterprise (Карты по предприятию).
  • Trigger (Триггер) and trigger stage (Шаг).
  • Registration period (Период регистрации).
  • Card number range (Диапазон карт).
  • Additional customer segmentation parameters (Событие было/Событий не было/Период событий).
  • Search for specific customers by phone number (Номера телефонов), card number (Номера карт), or email (Множественный поиск клиентов по).
  • Field for entering customer phone numbers, card numbers, or email addresses (Введите список).
  • Selection of pre-created UTM tags.
  • Selection of pre-created discounts (Название скидки).
  • Bonus accrual rate (contributes to the calculation of the card's final cashback) (Коэф.начисления).
  • Bonus deduction rate (contributes to the calculation of the final bonus deduction percentage) (Коэф.списания).
  • Presence of a Wallet card (Wallet).
  • Presence of a Telegram bot (Telegram).
  • Indication of birth date in the form (Д.Р.).
  • Presence of an email address (Email).
  • Presence of last and first name in the client's form (Фамилия, Имя).
  • Selection of blocked clients (Блок).
"Yes" (Да) - the parameter is present, "No" (Нет) - it is absent.
  • Total amount of receipts (Сумма чеков).
  • Average receipt (Средний чек).
  • Number of purchases (Количество покупок).
  • Time period in days since the last visit (Последнее посещение было).
  • Time period with no visits (indicated in days) (Не было посещения дней).
  • Time period of purchases (Была покупка).
  • Purchases at a specific establishment (Покупка по предприятию).
  • Bonus balance (Баланс).
  • Selection of the bonus balance account (if there are additional accounts) (Счет).
